Ohio Valley IACRN

Ohio Valley Chapter of the International Association of Clinical Research Nurses

The International Association of Clinical Research Nurses is a professional nursing organization. Its mission is to define, validate and advance clinical research nursing as a specialty practice and to support the professional development of registered nurses who directly or indirectly impact the care of clinical research participants across all clinical specialties.

The Ohio Valley Chapter of the IACRN was granted full charter status in February 2016.

The mission of the Ohio Valley IACRN chapter is to provide a forum that will facilitate collaboration and best practices between institutions, to provide educational opportunities for professional development and to advance clinical research nursing as a specialty practice.

Membership

All research nurses in the Ohio Valley area are invited to join the Ohio Valley Chapter of the IACRN. The Center for Clinical and Translational Science and Training (CCTST) provides financial support for our chapter, therefore dues are not collected for the Ohio Valley Chapter of the IACRN.  To be an official member of our chapter or to hold an office of the Ohio Valley Chapter, you would need to join the IACRN parent organization.  Currently, the membership fee to join the IACRN parent organization is $100 per year or $190 for a 2-year membership.  In order for an organization to grow, our membership numbers need to grow.  Please consider joining the IACRN.
