Community Health and Partnership Development Grants

The Community Health Grant program offers grants of up to $20,000 for translational research conducted by academic and community organizations/programs or physician practices that improve outcomes in children, adults, and/or the community. 

The Partnership Development Grant program offers grants of up to $5,000 focused on the development or strengthening of collaborations between community and academic partners. 

Letters of intent for both programs (strongly encouraged, not required) are due November 15, 2017.  Feedback will be provided by December 6, 2017.

Final proposals are due January 15, 2018.  Grantees will be notified in late February 2018.  Grant project and budget period is March 31, 2018 - March 31, 2019.

All applicants are required to join the CCTST. Membership is free and entitles applicants to resources to support their programs.
